Talking Shop with Brad Colbow

Details
We're switching up the format for this month's meetup to chat with Brad Colbow, a local UX/UI designer who has a ton of fun stories to share about his career path.
Brad has done everything from comic drawing, to freelancing, to now making and selling his own tutorials. He's also a captivating public speaker, so it's safe to assume you'll laugh, cry, want more etc. This will primarily be a non-technical conversation, so ditch your existing plans and come join us for the evening.
We're changing things up and hosting this month's meetup at WhiteSpace in downtown Akron. They've done an amazing job renovating their historic building and were kind enough to open up their space to host the event.

Design is fun, but Brad is probably best known for his comic strip “The Brads” which was published in .Net magazine and can be seen on his personal website ( http://bradcolbow.com ) along with his newer comic work.
He's also the co-organizer of the Refresh Cleveland and Rustbelt Refresh, a front end web design conference in Cleveland. Most recently, Brad has steered his career in the direction of illustration and away from traditional client work.
