Speakers George Moxon and J.D. Sanders will talk "Branch of the Tree". It's about how Patents, Trademarks and Marketing successfully work together. George Moxon is patent attorney owner at Moxon & Associates. George has worked for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner, Patent Counsel at The B. F. Goodrich Company, Lockheed Martin and BP America. J.D. Sanders has over 50 years helping clients bring their products to market. J.D. enjoys private flying and is an watercolor artist.

James O. Wilson, Assistant Regional Director of the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional Office, United States Patent and Trademark Office will present a program on how intellectual property plays a role in advancing your business through patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. The program will also look at advanced topics in patents including the patent process, international considerations, and micro- and small-entity status for inventors and business.
Mr. Wilson has over 25 years experience working for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, working as a patent examiner in several areas, as an instructor in the Office of Patent Training and working with the Office of the Commissioner for Patents.
