An important topic in Functional Programming is the use of the Partial Application of functional arguments for the purpose of capturing dependencies, delaying execution, and creating different implementations of a function, all with the same function signtature.

We will cover the concepts of higher-order functions, and partial application in 3 different languages - C#, JavaScript, and F# - while comparing the differences and similarities.
