Bob Kroon, founder and CEO of Expeerious, provides tools that allow you to develop your value proposition, your choices for reaching customers with your message, customer retention, key activities in your business, key resources, revenue streams, partnerships, and cost structures. When things don't go well, he also has a way to discuss possible pivots you can make.
