Alamo REIA is a Chapter of Lone Star REIA and is a Community of New and Seasoned Real Estate Investors throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas who meet several times a month to network, share information, leads, contacts, and yes, even money while helping each other learn more about real estate investing while having fun together and helping our community!

The Alamo REIA is the San Antonio Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), we are “community members” of the 46,000+ investor members nationwide AND that means CLOUT! At our main monthly meeting our first goal is to have fun and deliver bucket loads of content through Networking, Local Experts, National Experts and participating and leading discussions that are informative, educational and entertaining.  We have business members at each meeting that can help you start, maintain, and grow your business! Investing really is a team sport.

Come early from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm for our Monthly Mastermind Session.

Enjoy some lite dinner bites, snacks, & refreshments, networking, and education. Doors open at 6pm. Meeting starts at 6:30pm!

We also have smaller focus groups that concentrate on flipping houses, buying and holding strategies, being a landlord and our lovely ladies group!  Each focus group is free to all authorized Alamo REIA members and $20.00 cash at the door for all guests and non-members.  You can register online and pay in advance for these meetings.

AlamoREIA Monthly CashFlow Game Night - Join us for an evening of playing the Cash Flow Game! Lot’s of fun & learning. This monthly game night is held on the first Monday evening of each month!

Lunch & Learn - Monthly Lunch & Learn for real estate investors takes place on the 1st Thursday of each month.

WIRE Group - Ladies, this group is for you. WIRE = Women In Real Estate. This women’s only group meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday each month.

Rental Property Focus Group - Whether you currently own rental property, or are working to own rentals, a wholesaler looking to build relationships with buyers for your wholesale deals, this group is for you. The Rental Property Focus Group focuses on being the best rental property owner for your business and tenants.
