Albany Meditates is an offering from the Art of Living Foundation where members can learn about the power of breath in enabling us to have a happier and healthier life. A guided meditation is always conducted for participants. For those looking for a more in-depth experience, a preview is provided for the Happiness Program which is a more elaborate and comprehensive life-skills training in how to find freedom, peace and happiness in our life using elements of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and practical spiritual wisdom from several different traditions.
