About us
The Albuquerque Philosophy Collective fosters conversations outside of the academy about philosophical questions that arise in our everyday lives. Organized by two philosophers, Ty Camp (firefighter and MA in Philosophy) and Pierre-Julien Harter (Philosophy professor at UNM), who hope to grow philosophy outside of the academic world. Anybody interested in philosophical ideas or questions should attend regardless of their background or experience in philosophy. Our goal is to rekindle philosophy in the public sphere. We meet at the Erna Fergusson branch of the Albuquerque Public Library.
