What we're about

Welcome to Albuquerque Shakespeare Lovers!

This is your hub for everything Shakespeare in Albuquerque.

We will be meeting monthly for Shakespeare at Barnes & Noble- and some cafe time afterward.

Our Monthly Movie Matinees are chosen by members.

For any movie theater events or theatre performances, we find a time when people can meetup for a movie / performance- and a drink or dinner after.

We are planning our next Reading Group for March. If you would like to participate in close readings on a weekly basis- please RSVP.

Any other Shakespeare related events? If you hear about it- let me know! :)

Online event

Titus has returned from a brutal 10-year war having lost 21 sons in battle. Betrayed by his nation, and with his family in pieces, a series of bloody events follows as he and Tamora, Queen of the Goths begin a violent cycle of revenge. Rape, cannibalism, mutilation and murder are the gruesome tools in Shakespeare’s bloodiest play. (RSC) Join us for a "close reading" of Titus Andronicus. It is an easy platform to connect to and use. The link will be posted on Sunday around 12:30 for our meetup at 1pm. If you have any issues connecting, let me know. Please try to join us!! It would be wonderful to "see" you guys again!! :) Please support our group. A $2.00 donation is suggested for this event. -Please hold off on online donations for now-
