What we're about

Join your local Red Cross for fun social events developed in partnership with area restaurants and businesses!

This meetup is open to everyone from the community and will focus mainly on social events and days of service. Social events could be 'social hours' at local establishments where Red Cross supporters and friends can gather to network and socialize. Many events have raffles or other fun games! These events are also a great way to get introduced to your local Red Cross as many staff and volunteers generally attend and are happy to chat.

Service days might include neighborhood canvassing with a focus on fire safety - the majority of our responses nationally are to fires in the home. We also have service days where we canvass neighborhoods and install smoke alarms, or change batteries in existing ones, in the hope of saving lives.

We look forward to seeing you at our events and would love to have you join us as volunteers!
