What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in Taijiquan (T'ai Chi Ch'uan) or Qigong meditation. Teaching in forms, principles, application, push-hands partner practice, breathing and meditation techniques will be offered. Teachings will be tailored to focus on health, self-improvement, or practical application depending on individual or group goals. There will be additional social and learning events offered as well.
People with no experience or any level of experience in any style are welcome. The spirit of this group will be a collaborative exchange with the intent of serving and leading others to discover the transformative and life-changing potential of the arts.
