Do you want to build an app for the Windows Phone OS but don't know where to start? Or would you like to learn more about the future of development for this platform? Either way, this Windows Phone App Garage offers a unique opportunity to build and submit your own application to the Windows Phone Marketplace. Even if you have not ever submitted an application to the Marketplace, during this event, we will help you build an application and submit it. Don't have an idea for an app? That is ok; we have a starter template to get you started!
What is in it for me?
Build your own application to submit to the Windows Phone Marketplace. If you have a Marketplace account, we will help you get your application submitted. For each app you submit to the Marketplace by June 30th, we will provide you with a code that will entitle you to a chance to win a free Windows Phone device. If you submit 2 applications to the marketplace by June 30th, get a $99 rebate (some restrictions apply) We will be giving away Windows Phone swag If we get 30 apps submitted during the event, one attendee who submitted an app at the event will win a Samsung Focus Windows Phone!
