All Dads Matter! is a family law educational series taught by an attorney who has been licensed for 25+ years. The seminars are designed to educate the community about the family law process. These seminars will cover a variety of topics designed to educate, promote discussion and demystify the legal process including custody, access, divorce, child support, contempt, separation agreements and more. If you feel left out of the decision making process or are contemplating divorce; if you want increased visitation and/or access to your child or are considering other life changes, know your options. Many fathers feel that they are treated unfairly by the court system or left out of the decision making process when it comes to their kids. Many husbands contemplating separation may have questions regarding who stays in the marital home or how marital property may be divided. Find out about joint vs. shared custody; what assets are marital property; how child support is calculated and more... All are welcome, including extended family members and we welcome suggestions for future seminar topics.
