Please join us for a workshop hosted by Oracle Autonomous Database and the AsterionDB SecureObjects Server. The SecureObjects Server combined with Oracle's innovative database technology, The Autonomous Database, is a simple, maintenance-free unstructured asset management system that provides ready-to-use functionality with no development.
Learn how it is now possible and easy to combine both structured and unstructured data in one environment, coupled with the ability to express any business logic necessary directly where the data lives - in the database!!! You will also learn how this innovation results in unparalleled security by eliminating our reliance on the traditional file system as a repository for unstructured data. In addition, see new features and techniques available in Oracle 18c in action and walk away knowing how these innovations supercharge the development cycle for web-based applications.
Is it possible? Security, simplicity, and efficiency? Yes, it is.
About Oracle Autonomous Database
An autonomous database is a cloud database that uses machine learning to eliminate the human labor associated with database infrastructure, security, backups, updates, and other routine management tasks traditionally performed by database administrators (DBAs).
ADW is built around the market-leading database and comes with fully automated data warehouse specific features that deliver outstanding query performance.
About AsterionDB SecureObjects Server
The AsterionDB SecureObjects Server brings full and comprehensive support for unstructured data to the Oracle database. Now, things like PDFs, images, video and more are 'just another data type' that we work with like character strings, dates and numeric values. The SecureObject Server can store any type of file of practically any size necessary, securely in the Oracle Database. We stream unstructured data (e.g. video, PDFs, images, archive files) directly out of the database. We also access unstructured data as if it were a file on demand. This allows you to work with your data directly in the database with existing file-based programs.
