Telepresence is an open source tool that lets you run a single service locally, while connecting that service to a remote Kubernetes cluster. It let's you:

1. Debug your Kubernetes service locally, using your favorite debugging tool.
2. Test and iterate on code changes instantly, instead of waiting for your deployment cycle.
3. Eliminate bugs due to differences between development and production environments.
4. Use your favorite code editor, debugger, profiler, or other tools.
