Courtney is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of certified hands-on experience. She holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance, in addition to nearly a dozen IT career certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH).

Over the span of her career, she worked her way up from helpdesk support to becoming a Chief Security Officer, the only female executive, for a multi-million dollar company before pursuing entrepreneurship full time.

Courtney is the Founder and CEO of Paragon Cyber Solutions leading a team of industry experts to help startups, commercial companies, and government agencies protect their information from exposure and reduce their risk of cyber attacks.
