Kohshean Kuda is a principal at Group Multifamily (http://www.groupmultifamily.com/) which is a boutique real estate investment company that helps investors achieve passive income via multifamily. Kohshean has participated in real estate transactions for over 15 years where he has syndicated, developed and asset-managed hotels, vacation rentals and apartment complexes. Kohshean is a member of Think Multifamily Family Syndication group and is looking to bring folks together so they can learn from each other and grow.

Chris Gerstner is the Founder and CEO of Upside Commercial Group. Founded on the ideals of servant leadership, Upside Commercial Group serves investors by teaching, informing, and coaching individuals on the wisest way into multifamily investing. Chris is a serial entrepreneur who started his first venture at age 17. Having owned multiple businesses and coached other small business owners, he now uses this knowledge and experience to guide others through the stages of multifamily investing. Additionally, Chris is a member of the Think Multifamily Syndication Group which purchased over $260M worth of apartments, totaling more than 4500 units, in 2019.
