I am not only new to Meetup, but new to the group I want to start :) I'm highly motivated to get in shape and lose weight as a woman with type 1 diabetes, and have several friends who have had great success with not only shaping their bodies but finding a community they love with CrossFit. I have advice on local gyms, but really am looking to create a group of a couple dedicated folks who want to learn the basics of Xfit and start transforming their bodies and lives.
