Postponed: Amador Flyfishers Annual Dinner Is Back!

Details
***************************************************************
On a monthly basis we will reassess the COVID situation and look for an opportunity on the downside of the new case curve, rather than the upside, which is the current state of affairs. To set expectations, we live in a new normal. My guess is COVID will be with us for many years, and any social event has some risk. We will be looking for a date where that risk is minimized.

Come one, come all to Amador Flyfishers Annual Dinner. Covid forced us to skip last year, but we are back! For those who have attended in the past, you know what a good time it is. For those who are wondering why they should attend, here is a partial description of what you will experience.
• From 5:00 to 6:00, enjoy the no host bar and socialize with members and guests. Catch up with their goings on, what they got for Christmas, and of course swap fish stories! Buy raffle tickets and place them in containers that represent each item (more than one ticket for an item ups your chances!). Bid on the silent auction items using the bidder number on your name badge. Remember, the raffle and silent auction are major sources of income that pay for what the club provides the members. See if you can spot any one you know in the slide show!
• 6:00 to 7:00, sit for a catered dinner. Listen to see if you won the door prize, a raffle item, or one of the silent auction items.
Mel’s no longer does group events, so we will be gathering at the Post 108 Hall where our member meetings are held.
A flyer will be forthcoming with all the details you need, plus this post will be updated soon.
What we need now is a rough count of attendees. RSVP here, adding in guests that plan to attend with you. We are not asking for a firm commitment. Please RSVP if your plan would be to attend if nothing gets in the way.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know you want to attend.
