Heartfulness Meditation - 1st Sunday of every month - 11 AM

Welcome!

This introductory session will give you a practical experience in Heartfulness meditation as well as the foundational information to establish a successful practice on your own. This is for first time meditators as well as long time practitioners. Be casual. If you have never been to a Meetup or are new to meditation we warmly welcome you. We meet in Room 202 at the Winchester Thurston Lower School in Shadyside. Plan for about an hour including questions. This practice is FREE!

Meetup occurs the 1st Sunday of every month at 11:00AM
