What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in exploring mindfulness for the first time or for those who already have a practice and who would like to be part of a supportive community of meditators.
During the morning, there are a number of guided mindfulness meditations, time for discussion, a short talk on a topic related to mindfulness or compassion, and time for a cup of tea and catching up with friends.
This group is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness with others and to perhaps recognise that the struggles we face both in our practice and lives are not so personal but something we share with others. Come and share in the mutual support of this friendly group and the sense of humour we bring to the predicament of being a human being!
