You will learn the 6 most common embroidery stitches while making your chosen design. We will walk you through every line, stitch by stitch, so that you really master the skills and have time to perfect them in the class. You'll leave with a complete design, embroidered totally by you.

You can choose from two beginner-friendly designs:

1. A silhouette of a woman’s body surrounded by flowers
2. A bouquet of flowers

No experience necessary.

🎀 Create your own beaded bag charm at Thriftpark!

Join us for a hands-on beaded bag charm workshop where you’ll design a playful accessory to clip onto your favourite bag, keys, or backpack.

In this session, you’ll learn a few macramé knotting techniques using colourful paracord as the base for your charm. From there, you’ll build your design using a wide selection of vibrant beads and cute charms, mixing colours and textures to create something that feels completely your own.

Whether you’re drawn to bold colour combinations or something a little softer and playful, you’ll have plenty of options to experiment and make your charm unique. No experience is needed — we’ll guide you through the process step by step.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a handmade bag charm that adds a little personality to whatever you clip it onto.

Join us for a playful tufting workshop where you’ll create your own fluffy cat piece — choose between a cat face or a cat butt, and customise the colours to match your favourite furry friend at home. Don’t have a furry friend at home? No problem — you can create a full A4 rug for €80 instead, in any colours and style you like.

We’ll provide the templates, all the materials, and guide you step by step. During the session, you’ll learn the basics of tufting techniques and how to bring your design to life using colourful yarns.

From ginger and tuxedo cats to calicos, voids, or totally imaginary colour combos — you’re free to make your cat as realistic or as playful as you like. Whether you pick the adorable cat face or the iconic cat butt, you’ll leave with a soft, textured piece you made yourself.

We’ll bring along all the materials, colourful yarns, and cosy crafting vibes — all you need to do is bring yourself, maybe a friend or two, and enjoy a creative moment in the middle of the Thriftpark buzz.

During the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of punch needle techniques and how to build texture and colour with yarn. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love crafting, we’ll guide you step by step so you can bring your design to life.

You’ll be able to choose from a selection of adorable designs such as bows, strawberries, avocados, mushrooms, chilli peppers, cherries, and flowers, or personalise your coaster with your own colours and combinations. Mix and match vibrant yarns to create something totally unique. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a handmade coaster that’s cute, colourful, and ready to use at home — the perfect little reminder of your Thriftpark day.
