We are delighted to welcome the renowned Buddhist teacher Venerable Sangye Khadro to our Amsterdam center for a special talk. Venerable Sangye Khadro brings decades of meditation experience. Many will recognize her first book on meditation, published under her lay name Kathleen McDonald, which has been read by practitioners around the world. Her new book ‘Meditating on the stages of the Lam Rim offers a clear, heartfelt guide for integrating the profound wisdom of the Lamrim into daily meditation. As an experienced practitioner who has dedicated her life to Buddhist study and practice, she offers invaluable insights into the transformative power of these ancient meditation instructions based on the Buddha’s teachings.

During this special evening, Venerable Sangye Khadro will share how meditation on the Lamrim stages can transform our modern daily lives by helping us cultivate inner peace, develop genuine compassion for others, and find deeper meaning in our everyday experiences. She will also reflect on how these meditative practices have supported her own spiritual growth throughout her journey as a practitioner.
