Come and join us to get hands-on experience of the Service Design processes and tools, meet like-minded innovators, and be part of a global initiative. Did we mention “all of this with lots of fun”?

The event is for anyone and everyone interested in service design, design thinking, and customer/user experience. You will work in teams and have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new services, products or initiatives inspired by a shared theme.

Experienced Service Design practitioners will guide and facilitate you through the journey, which you learn and can use in your professional and personal life.

//Dit evenement is open voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in service design, design thinking en customer/user experience. Je werkt samen in een klein team, waarmee je binnen 48 uur een compleet nieuwe service/product bedenkt, ontwerpt en een bijhorend prototype bouwt.

Met de hulp van ervaren service designers zul je alle stappen van het service design proces doorlopen. Een no-nonsense werkwijze die je direct in je professionele en/of privé leven kunt toepassen.//

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET?

This is a non-profit event, but we do ask you to buy a ticket for €35 to cover the expenses. This ticket includes food and drinks on Friday evening, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. And, of course, coffee, tea, water and snacks throughout to keep you going. We also provide design and prototyping materials, wifi access, and a creative environment.

Depending on how economically comfortable you feel, you can choose to pay more or less than the standard price. Please contact us to do so.

MeetUp only accepts PayPal, if this is a huge turn-off for you, please send us a message so we can find an alternative together. :)

SCHEDULE

Friday 5pm - 9pm
You meet your fellow Jammers and get to know the secret theme from Global Service Jam HQ. After forming teams, it’s GO TIME!!!

Saturday 9am - 7pm
Your #AmsSJam team will guide you step by step to bring your team’s ideas to life by #doingnottalking. You will research outside, prototype early, test, and iterate.

Sunday 9am - 5.30pm
You will finalize your ideas and refine your prototypes. Then it’s SHOW TIME!!!
