World Press Photo Exhibition 2019

Come take part in viewing the winning results of the World Press Photo contest. The winners were chosen by an independent jury that reviewed more than 78,801 photographs entered by 4,738 photographers from 129 countries.

Since 1955, World Press Photo has become known for holding an annual press photography contest​ and has since then further developed into focusing on journalistic multimedia productions in association with Human Rights Watch.

World Press Photo supports professional photojournalism on a wide international scale through its academy. It helps to develop high professional standards in visual journalism and promote a free and unrestricted exchange of information.

Entrance fee is 12.50 EUR.
