Designed for ambitious, cyclists, these structured training sessions will refine your technique, enhance your race skills, and prepare you for the next step in your cycling journey. Open to both men and women, our program is tailored for riders aiming to transition into competitive cycling.

International Social Ride (with Emiliano, Italian style :-))

Join us for a special Cycle Capital International Social Ride on April 26 at 10:00 AM, starting from our meeting point at Gregario Cycling Services, Groen van Prinstererstraat 76, Amsterdam-West.

Target audience for this ride will be a mix of native Amsterdammers, in combination with the international cycling community of Amsterdam. This ride promises the perfect blend of endurance, community, and pure cycling joy. Whether you’re sharpening your legs for the season or simply looking to enjoy a relaxed but purposeful group ride, this is the one to mark on your calendar.

Guiding the peloton will be our ride leader Emiliano Frigerio, whose Italian roots bring a touch of authentic cycling culture to the experience. Expect smooth organization, a strong sense of group riding etiquette, and that unmistakable passion for the road that Italy is famous for.

We roll out together at 10:00 sharp, so arrive a little earlier to prepare, meet fellow riders, and make sure everything is set for departure.
