On August 30, we will transform your Meetup experience with a live home inspection.
Registered Home Inspector (RHI) Lisa Simkins, will walk us through a property from wall to wall.
With hundreds of inspections for both houses and condos under her belt, Lisa enjoys educating home buyers about home features and maintenance.

In parallel, Claude will also bring his property observations to bear, from a Realtor and investor’s perspective.

Unlike our previous Meetups, this time we'll meet at the property. Keep an eye on your inbox for the address, which we’ll send via email a week before the Meetup. It will likely be in Toronto.

Our meeting will start at 7:00pm SHARP (doors will open at 6:30pm for networking), and end by 9:00pm.

Your first visit is FREE. Subsequent visits are $25 each.
