The hands-on exercises and practice sessions are designed to support you in STRENGTHENING your psychic/spiritual senses, and your ability to TUNE IN and understand the messages from your soul and spirit helpers. Also includes how to understand the language of your spirit helpers, the messages in your dreams and the synchronicity that shows up in your life.
