This group is to encourage carers of all categories to come together in harmony to improve your mental, emotional and physical health via a range of proven holistic therapies, such as: Meditation, Indian Head Massage, Singing, Drumming, Massages, Gong Sound Healing, Energy Healing, workshops and speakers to provide guidance and positive practical well-being techniques for reducing stress and build your resiliency within your daily life.
