Are you seeking more inner peace? Would you like to reduce stress and improve your health and well-being?

Or would you like to be more deeply grounded in the heart-centered wisdom of your spirit and be able to share that light with others?

The purpose of this group is help you experience the joy of meditation in a relaxed and supportive setting with sincere like-minded souls interested in meditating, learning, sharing, and connecting.

You'll learn a practical and powerful method of meditation brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic "Autobiography of a Yogi." This ancient healing science will help you reduce tension and feel more relaxed with improved mental clarity and awakened inner vitality. In addition to their scientifically proven health benefits, these techniques can take you even deeper into an expanding connection with your spirit.

No prior meditation experience is required to join or attend. If you do not know how to meditate, we will teach you an authentic method that Yogananda himself recommended and taught: they are easy-to-learn, transformative, and profound techniques.

In addition to a guided meditation, each meeting is unique with a different theme and will usually include:

-Pranayama (breath/energy work)

-A short Talk about a spiritual quality

-some gentle spiritually oriented Yoga Postures
