A place to gather, learn, and practice the ancient tools of yoga and meditation, allowing one to experience calmness while releasing stress and a busy mind. Awaken inner stillness in group meditations!
We offer a wide range of classes, workshops, free introductions to meditation, Sunday services, child- and family-centered activities and kirtans (devotional chanting). Though we've served the Dallas community for over 22 years, please join us during our continued growth in 2016!
