ALL are welcome to come ONLINE at 5:15pm to be led through Energization Exercises that were developed by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi, to help us realize .... WE ARE ENERGY!
OR, jump into Hatha Yoga anytime after 5:30pm for gentle Ananda Yoga, an inward approach to this ancient hatha practice. Using silent affirmations, the teacher guides the practitioner to experience physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. The last hour consists of a chant and guided into Meditation.
5:15 - 5:30pm - Energization Exercises
5:30 - 6:30pm - gentle Hatha Yoga
6:30 - 7:30pm - Guided Meditation
Ananda in TX offers ONLINE yoga classes and group meditations every Tues & Thurs evening until further notice. You can stay for 10 min, 30 min or the entire 2 hours. Please join us:
