Gentle Yoga
Drop-in Gentle Yoga returns on Tuesdays! Ananda Yoga is a genltle and meditative approach to Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Our approach emphasizes dynamic relaxation through the various postures, combined with breathing techniques and mental focus. The result is physical rejuvenation, mental clarity and a deeper sense of inner peace. Classes are suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing. Please come a bit early for your first class, to meet the instructor and answer questions. Mats and blankets are provided, but you may bring your own gear. Cost is $10 per drop-in class, or $50 for an unlimited monthly pass. A place to gather, learn, and practice the ancient tools of yoga and meditation, allowing one to experience calmness while releasing stress and a busy mind. Awaken inner stillness in group meditations!

We offer a wide range of classes, workshops, free introductions to meditation, Sunday services, child- and family-centered activities and kirtans (devotional chanting). Though we've served the Dallas community for over 22 years, please join us during our continued growth in 2016!
