"Join Us, Friends, in this Feast of Joy!"
30 - 40 yrs ago, the founder of ANANDA, Swami Kriyananda, recorded many talks on topics relevant to Ananda's basic principle of "Simple Living and High Thinking". The "Treasures Along the Path" were archived and are now available online in the "Treasures Along the Path" audio series.
Each week we’ll choose one of the recorded talks and invite attendees to pre-listen to the same talk, if possible. All are welcomed as we journey together inward and upward to our Highest Potential!
Examples of topics include: Humility, How to Be Happy all the time; Is God for Everyone? etc.
An immune strengthening practice of hatha yoga every Monday evening.
Ananda also offers ONLINE gentle hatha yoga on Tues & Thurs, 5:30pm, Sat, 9:00am + various group meditations throughout the week.
JOY to you!
Come ONLINE at 5:15pm to be led through Energization Exercises that were developed by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi, to help us realize .... WE ARE ENERGY!
Then we'll flow into gentle Ananda Yoga, an inward approach to this ancient hatha practice. Using silent affirmations, the teacher guides the practitioner to experience physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.
We are holding ONLINE yoga classes and group meditations every Tues & Thurs evening until further notice starting at 5:15pm. Join in anytime. Yoga class will flow directly into a group meditation. You can stay for 10 min, 30 min or the entire 2 hours. Please join us:
