No introduction yet
I was looking into this class because I wanted a way to work out in more fun ways than just going to the gym. And since this is a martial arts class, I figured I could learn some moves as well. Two birds with one stone! Score! I wouldn’t consider myself fit in any way but luckily, the instructor is easy-going, supportive, and super nice. He helped me when I was messing up without harsh criticism. On top of it all, I met some really great people. In between exercises, many of them joked around and made me feel at home even though they have been attending way more classes than I have. While I understand that the $20 per class may seem like a steep cost, it still costs less than one session with a fitness trainer. Also, considering that the class is so laidback, it is a more positive atmosphere where there’s no judgment, and you can go at your own pace. That alone makes me feel a lot better about being there. I will definitely come to these classes more often, and I would recommend it.
