What we're about
We focus on ancient yogic practices taught by Rishis and Sages in ashram and Gurukul system. Emphasis is to make the yogic practices as lifestyle. Classes are helpful for all level of yoga aspirants whether you are beginners or advanced practitioners. Classes will have Aasna, Pranayama, Pratyahara (Relaxation Practices like Yoga Nidra, Ajapajapa, Antarmauna etc.) and meditational practices based on ancient yogic and tantric teachings. Special attention for people having health issues.
