Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind and give us clear access to our natural wisdom. This practice is 30 minutes of guided Vipassana meditation followed by a brief discussion.
The focus is to be present in the moment, allowing thoughts and emotions to surface. We become an internal observer of these, fostering healthy non-attachment and cultivating a deeper connection with one's inner self.
Newcomers to meditation and long-time practitioners are welcome to attend.
