AngularJS Performance & production tips

A collection of tips, techniques & best practices focused on improving AngularJS performance, based on real-world experience.

The talk includes live code example for each case.

Combining MeteorJS & AngularJS

Surprise short talk by Uri Goldshtein, who came to visit us from the US, about combining AnulgarJS & Meteor.

Meteor is a complete platform for building web and mobile apps in pure JavaScript, for both client & server side.

Uri will tell us about it, and about the possibilities to combine it with AngularJS using angular-meteor library.

JavaScript memory leaks exploration

Overtime, Angular applications might start to run poorly or even crash the browser. That can be a sign for a memory leak that needs to be traced and solved.

We will talk about the methods to analyze & trace those potential memory leaks, show a few of the tools we have in hand (namely DevTools) and how we use them to neutralize these leaks.

We'll go through the main causes for memory leaks in Angular applications. In addition, we'll talk about what signifies Angular with regards to memory leaks suspects, and what we can and should do about them.
