Our May Angular Meetup will be special. We will be hosting a hackathon around Angular Elements with prizes provided by Hero Devs (https://herodevs.com). The organizers will be giving everyone the same problem to solve using Angular Elements. Anyone is welcome to participate as either a team or an individual, and even if you don't want to participate, you can still come to cheer on the coders and mingle with other Angularians. There will be food and drinks provided for everyone coming. There is no need to be an expert in Angular Elements to participate. All you need is a laptop and a desire to create something awesome! Schedule 6:00 - 6:15 - Food and mingling 6:15 - 7:15 - Hacking 7:15 - 7:45 - Judging 7:45 - Prizes Rules and Information Required Hardware & Software: Laptop with Angular CLI Installed Team Sizes: 1-3 people work best Judge: Joe Eames Rules: No existing code. You must use a brand new Angular CLI project. The code must run on Chrome and be able to be used as a web component. Resources For anyone who is not familiar, Angular Elements allows anyone to publish components from Angular as reusable Web Components.
