Hi everyone,

This is a fantastic idea and a way to help animals outside of the norm.  But someone would have to take the lead on it to establish it.  It would be a lot of work I think, and quite a commitment.  It could be possible for someone who is retired or at least not working full time.

Is anyone out there willing and able to work on this?  See below....
