AACBG - closing polls for May and June soon.

From: Rebecca
Sent on: Thursday, March 26, 2015, 2:37 PM

Hello, fellow readers!

I'm going to be closing both the May and June polls by this weekend.  If you don't want to read two U.S./English-language books in a row, then you might want to vote, especially for June's selections.  Remember: any book that receives over 50% is eligible to come back on a future poll.

The poll for the May (5/17/15) discussion is available at: http://www.meetup.com...
The poll for the June (6/14/15) discussion is available at: http://www.meetup.com...

On Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 3pm we'll be discussing "Eugene Onegin" by Alexander Pushkin.

Happy Reading,
Rebecca

P.S. I am still actively working on location issues.  I have had replies to two of the four places I contacted.  Please keep an eye on our meetup page (http://www.meetup.com/Ann-Arbor-Classics-Book-Group/) in case one of these locations becomes available for the April (and beyond) discussions.  Otherwise, plan to meet at the Michigan Union as usual.

**********************************

Location: We meet on the ground floor of the Michigan Union near the fast food places.  We prefer to meet in the Tap Room through the doorway passed Subway, but if we don't find space back there, then we meet in the seating area across from Subway.

Parking: Street parking and public parking structures are free on Sundays.  There is also a UM employee parking structure on Thompson St at Jefferson St that anyone can park in on Sundays.
