Announcing a new Meetup for Ann Arbor Classics Book Group!

What: Appreciating the subtleties of our most beloved brew: Formal coffee tasting!

When: Wednesday, February 17,[masked]:30 PM

Where:
Borders Books
612 E Liberty St
Ann Arbor, MI 48104
[masked]

Have you ever been to a wine tasting? Learning to appreciate such elements as astringency, full-body, bouquet--it's kind of like that. Coffee tasting that is. Our new sponsor, Borders Books, has offered us this unique opportunity (free of cost) to learn the lingo and process for applying the tasting process to coffee. We will explore such elements as acidity, full body and more.

I really don't know what to expect other than to have a good time and learn something new. Come on out for this unique book club event!
