We are very excited to announce that our good friends at Panopta will be hosting this meetup as well as sharing their Ansible story with the group.     The time is great to schedule the first Chicago Ansible Meet up in 2016. It has been a while since our last meet up!!! Now that winter seems to be breaking, an evening of good Ansible conversations as well as good food and beer is long over due. Please come join us to hear the latest information about Ansbile, including the recent Red Hat announcement. Please note the meet up place has changed from last time. We will be meeting in the Chicago Loop. Agenda: Speaker: Tim Appnel (Ansible/Red Hat Principal Architect) Please join us for an overview of Ansible 2.0 and beyond with Timothy Appnel from Ansible. Tim will explain why the update was necessary, what has changed in Ansible, and what you can expect from Ansible moving forward. You'll also learn about new features available in Ansible 2.0, including: Task blocks, Execution strategies, Refined playbook parser, Increased flexibility, and New modules and plugins Speaker: Sten Turpin (Red Hat Senior Engineer) Please also join us for an overview on how Red Hat is leveraging Ansible for OpenShift, Red Hat’s Platform as a Service solution.
