This support group is a safe space to talk about your experiences and what you're going through, or listen to others on the subject of mental health. We need to normalize mental health. It is equally as important as physical health. This is a judgement free environment where you don't ever have to feel alone and is a constant reminder that you have people to lean on during this time in your life. This group is where we can share and learn from one another. Most importantly, help each other. In this support group we will talk, listen, and lean on one another for support and guidance.
