It's time for another Monthly Virtual Lunch and Networking event. It will be held this coming Tuesday, April 21, 2026, beginning at 1pm ET / Noon CT / 11am MT / 10am PT.

Don't let the Meetup attendee count fool you. Registration is direct via Zoom. We generally have 40-80 attendees.

We start each meeting with a guest expert who will educate us on a type of investment or strategy to help us all make more passive income. After that, we open up the meetings to nationwide networking. You can tell people about yourself, where you're located, where you're interested in finding investment properties and what type, and, you can ask for others who might be interested in the same areas to network and/or partner with you on your projects.

If you're a vendor (RE agent, roofer, lender, plumber, handyman, etc), you can let everyone know what services you offer and where on the webinar.

You can and should bring your deals to this event so we can help you analyze it live and maybe you'll find a partner or two or three in the process.
