South Denver Apartment/Multi-Family Investors Networking & Learning Luncheon

This month's meeting will be held at our south location. We generally have 50-60 attendees each month which is limited by the size of our location.
Meetings are open to people who are interested in buying or who already own apartment buildings and other commercial properties such as office buildings, storage facilities, strip malls, retail centers, mobile home parks, etc. If you are looking for deals to invest in or if you have a deal and are looking for partners, this is the MeetUp you've been looking for. We have many members who have found partners to complete projects at our luncheons.
We rotate the location every other month between north and south metro Denver. Please make sure you come to the correct location. lol
RSVPing is MANDATORY for each meeting as seating is limited.
Each month we will network and have a guest expert educate us on topics related to RE investing with an emphasis on, but not limited too, Apartments & other commercial properties. We will discuss SFH's too. If you have a question or problem we can help you with, come prepared to let us know so we can brainstorm and help you. Bring your business cards to pass out to your new friends.
