Interested in multifamily (apartment and mobile home park) investing? This group meets monthly (2nd Friday) for breakfast at a local restaurant to network and discuss multifamily topics. Several times each year, we feature a guest speaker from the apartment and mobile home park communities. Past speakers have included brokers, appraisers, lenders, public housing authority representatives, and more.
Apartment Investor Breakfast is your opportunity to network with the folks who matter in the local apartment investor community! Each meeting starts with "Meet and Greet" introductions, which include stating your "Haves and Wants" for that month, should you have any. If we don't have a speaker, we'll discuss current events and conditions in the ABQ apartment market, help analyze member's possible deals, and provide networking and support for potential apartment investors.
Each Meetup requires a $10 donation, which is passed through to St. Martin's Hopeworks, a charity providing services to the homeless. You must RSVP and pay your $10 donation here on Meetup...NO WALK-INS.
