YOU will be the speaker Dec. 11th meaning we'll be having an open and transparent discussion about the market, what we've seen happen in 2020 and more importantly what YOU plan do about it for 2021!?
Items of possible discussion: type of real estate to buy, your focus area, property management, maneuvering through COVID, market trends, marketing, strategy and of course what you might "have" (a property sell) for others and possibly "a want" (looking for x type of property) from other investors.
Please come prepared to share ideas, experiences, ask questions and verbally let others know what you want to achieve in 2021. There's real power and accountability when expressing what goal you want to reach.
