The goal of this meetup is to raise awareness around apartment investing and bring top quality guest speakers such as local brokers, property managers, etc. to present on related topics. We've been investing in real estate since 2005 and are currently invested in 3000+ apartment units. We are excited to share some of our experiences during this meetup!

During this months meeting we will cover the benefits of investing in multi-family and how you can get started! We'll also have a passive investor panel discussion with 3 investors who have invested in multiple deals passively. We'll be discussing how they define their investment criteria, what they look for in a deal, what they look for in a sponsor, and what kind of returns they are achieving. We will leave plenty of time for audience Q&A.

The restaurant is full service with food and drinks for individual purchase. There will be plenty of time for networking with new and experienced investors. This is a FREE event and no experience is required.
