Join us with a panel of experts who will address topics in mobile tech, innovation, and starting a tech business. We will discuss finding resources, initiating partnerships, starting and running a tech startup, funding, and other questions related to tech innovation and entrepreneurship. We'll be in A300 Lobby at Bunker Hill Community College. 6PM: Networking and check-in

Panel Speakers:
Liz Miller is an Assistant Professor in CIT at Bunker Hill Community College, with a primary responsibility of creating Mobile App Certificates under the Northeast Resiliency Consortium DoL Grant. Miller has a broad background, having worked in industry, nonprofits, and government, and has taught computer programming from kindergarten through college levels. She worked as a consultant building an educational mobile app system for middle school student scientists.
Cayley Bell is the founder of JigTime, the “game-changing” new messaging app that allows users to share their photos as interactive jigsaw puzzles. JigTime is a fitting first mobile/social venture for Bell, who is passionately curious about how we communicate and connect through visual media. Bell works in studio film production as a writer, producer, and accidental stuntman (a few of his credits include: Legion, Terminator-Salvation, True Grit, and We’re the Millers).
Eric Sonnabend is a serial entrepreneur with 20 + years of startup experience building a verity of business from Real Estate to technology companies. Founder of Ask Beatrice LLC’ an urban parking ecosystem. Raised over $1.5 Million in seed capital. Currently Eric is working on an Artificial Intelligence company building a general purpose deep learning cloud brain platform that will be implemented in Self Driving / Self Parking / Ridesharing Car Conversion Kit.
Farzad Wafapoor is the founder of ASR Tech, an app development company. Farzad's experience includes developing apps for Fortune500 companies and consulting appreneurs on best approaches to creating an app. His unique approach includes merging video, education, and interactive media strategies in creating effective learning apps. He is also the founder of App Festival™ in Boston, New York and San Francisco. App Festival™ is a platform to promote startup apps.
