We can put in at a canoe/kayak launch on the east side by Nicolet Bay swimming beach (thanks Terry for the input!). Check out a map of the park here: http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/parks/specific/p... (http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/parks/specific/peninsula/map.htm) This will be a new paddle for me. If anyone has paddled here before, drop me a line with your thoughts.

From Nicolet Bay to Horseshoe Island, go around it, and come back, it would be approximately 4 miles. We could do that and then go down the coast a little if people wanted a longer paddle. Thank you Bill S for input!

Scott and Teresa reserved two campsites in Tennison Bay (last two sites available in the park) for Friday and Saturday. Each site is allowed up to six people and two cars, there is additional parking within the park. Number of tents depends on size of tents. Will probably need to have two to three occupants per tent. There are no group meals planned at this time but will consider organizing a few if that is what the group wants to do. RSVP to Teresa 920-915-0289 to reserve a spot, first come basis. Cost for camping depends on number of attendees.
