Belina Raffy is back to host our January event, with a session on Thrivability.
This workshop is an extended version of the session Belina Raffy http://appliedimprov.ning.com/profile/BelinaRaffy and Michelle Holliday http://appliedimprov.ning.com/profile/MichelleHolliday delivered at the AIN Berlin World Conference.
Belina will lead this experiential workshop in developing thrivable leaders and cultures.
Together we’ll explore:
-What is this growing world meme ‘Thrivability’ and how does it relate to applied improv
-The basic pattern and characteristics of all living systems, including organisations and communities
-Why applied improvisation is the perfect technology to put in service of crafting organisations as spaces for life to thrive – both in developing leaders and in shaping the culture
-Specific organisational examples-Lessons from explorations of Thrivability and implications for AIN
Bio: Global Consultant, Smile Fairy, World Expert in Applied Improvisation mindsets & techniques, co-founder of the Thrivable World Quest, and Empress of UK-based Maffick ( http://www.maffick.com ) She's worked with organisations including Crudessence, Charity Finance Group, Integrated Coastal and Fisheries Governance for Ghana. She's a Board Director of the Applied Improvisation Network. Belina is interested in building people’s capacity to transform businesses into thriving living systems in order to help save the world.
