Belina Raffy is back to host our January event, with a session on Thrivability.

This workshop is an extended version of the session Belina Raffy and Michelle Holliday delivered at the AIN Berlin World Conference.

Belina will lead this experiential workshop in developing thrivable leaders and cultures.

Together we’ll explore:

-What is this growing world meme ‘Thrivability’ and how does it relate to applied improv

-The basic pattern and characteristics of all living systems, including organisations and communities

-Why applied improvisation is the perfect technology to put in service of crafting organisations as spaces for life to thrive – both in developing leaders and in shaping the culture

-Specific organisational examples-Lessons from explorations of Thrivability and implications for AIN
