We'll be discussing Shrill by Lindy West: a feminist, body-positive memoir that has now been adapted to a show on Hulu. Jennifer will be hosting at her home in Westbrook (She has one dog and two cats). It’s near a bus stop, and we can also arrange for rides if needed. RSVP and we’ll let you know the address. Refreshments will provided. You’re also welcome to bring a snack to share if you’re able. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/29340182-shrill

Holy Potluck Takes a Hike, Saco Health Preserve

Saco Health Preserve

Holy Potluck Takes a Hike. Let’s meet up at Saco Heath Preserve for a gentle hike with a moment of meditation and a snack potluck. The preserve is at 163 Buxton Rd, Saco, ME 04072. Holy Potluck is a gathering over a meal and engaging in exploring our relationships to faith and spirituality through storytelling and reflection. An interest in spirituality and community ties us together, and the ordinary practice of enjoying a meal and cleaning up afterwards becomes our practice.
